Hi I was just wondering what episode or special these model sheets are from. I can't ramember seeing these characters or nami working for the marines o_0
Anyone know?

Yeah, it was the G8 filler arc. One of the best in my opinion.

It is just after the skypia arc so KF hasn't gotten to it yet. The only subs of it that I know of are the HK subs (which I watched).

Yeah, I loved it. One Piece is pretty good with fillers. For most of them, if I didn't know they were fillers going into it I never would have guessed they were. Also, am I the only one who didnt find the HK subs THAT bad. Sure they were bad, but no where near as bad as people made them seem and if you have watched anime for a decent amount of time, they were not that hard to understand, the only big mess ups were the names and some of the grammar was off.

- If I didn't hear beforehand that G8 was filler, I wouldn't have thought it was.

- It's true, though some episodes seemed worse than others. There was just a lot of pronoun, sentence structure, and spelling errors. And a lot of things were off just because that gave a direct translation, unlike other subbing groups who change it around so we can understand easier.

Example:

- When Naruto yelled something at the fake Orochimaru, Dattebayo subbed it as "Orochimaru, you prick!" Knk, I think it was, said that it actually was just a rude way of saying "you guy" in Japanese.

- When Luffy yelled at someone, HK subbed it as "you guy!"

Eventually, I grew used to them. If I get a good score in critical reading on the SATs, I would like to thank HK for their continuous quizzes on me.

Yeah, the G8 arc was great. Best filler in OP imo. When I first saw it, I had no idea it was filler material. The only fillers that I really found mediocre were the Rainbow mist one and the one where the memories get stolen. Other than those, I have really liked the rest (yes, that does include the Apis fillers. I dunno why people didn't like that one lol).
