He's pretty damn smart. Just from Army of Darkness, he managed to make:

- a power gauntlet capable of crushing a goblet;
- a steam powered killing machine with rotating front propellers;
- gunpowder;
- some sort of device that stores limtless supplies of shotgun and rifle ammo.

All with medieval technology. Except the last one. It's a plot hole, but I added it in for filler.

Dolph Lungren (a.k.a Ivan Drago) was the protagonist of Punisher the movie (the original)....so Punisher wins by default.

Bruce Cambell can't deliver a line as cheesy as this:

Bruce had to recite a spell at one point, and he didn't remember the last word, so he just pretended to cough as he said it, just in case it would work.
It didn't work, and caused a huge army of undead to appear, led by his evil clone, and siege the castle he was staying, so in order to rectify his mistake, he killed them all.
