Comparing Naruto Characters and HXH Characters are extremely hard, given that the energy systems of characters from both worlds are different. Nen has inherently different characteristics as chakra, and though both allow one to have great powers, chakra is more general whereas nen is more specialized. Additionally, nen allows one defense from other nen users, whereas chakra does not, leaving naruto chars. susceptible to nen baptism
If we put Naruto characters in HXH world, it would be tantamount to giving chakra the same properties as nen, if at least, allowing chakra users to defend against nen baptism and nen attacks would be enough to give naruto characters a good enough counter-advantage against HXH characters.
Given this, who would win?
In the HXH World,
itachi would be a specialization type with an ability to create illusions and see through nen flow (sharingan), and would also have emission type fire techniques
Gai and Rock Lee would be classified as reinforcement with their gates, amplifying speed and strength, and they can use their chakra to defend against nen punches
etc...
