Washuu (preptime) vs Galactus

Washuu ( Tenchi muyo ) is an infamous mad scientist. She looks like a 12 year old girl, but is actually 1200. She has the "mad scientist" laughter. She managed to build a dimention-warping device that turned a broom closet into a hangar large enough to hold a spaceship. She could make a time-space stabilizer that saved her friend from time paradox, while the party travelled to the past to save his mother. Some of her older "inventions" have been known to wreck entire systems. But will her genius be enough to beat the infamous Galactus, he whose power is so great, he has to devour life of whole planets just to feed?

Believe it or not shes one of the strongest people in that Multiverse, the only people that rival her power is Tokomi, Sasami (Tsunami) and Tenchi.

Washu from the tv series?....Washu from the ovas? "Human" Washu or Choushin Washu?.

It doesn't matter...."Human" Washu with prep time can defeat Doom, Batman, Reed Richards and Galactus at the same time.

Choushin Washu just snap her fingers and Galactus would be erased from the existence

Even in the tv series (the weakest Washu) she was able to create in a few minutes a cannon with enough power to destroy a galaxy
