I did notice what Mugen X is talking about, though. The character for "Mouth" is correct, but I haven't ever seen it used for "Person," except in a few literary quotes.

Still, this is awesome. I knew we have one of the richest histories in the world, but this takes it to a whole 'nother level. w00t!

口 here means the breath/mouth. :)
Since human is made by a breath from god, 口 can also mean as a man. :wink

I'm learning chinese, and correct me if I'm wrong but I've heard people use the word "mouth" to replace people. SUch as:

"One family four mouths."

It's like one family four mouths to feed. A mouth represents a person. I hear people say that in movies. Am I correct?
