W00t!
Washing Machine handles clothes(and towels and whatnot) and stains
Dishwashers handle dishes(pots and pans too) and grease

Washing machine has more moving parts, or at least the moving parts carry a greater momentum. Therefore, washing machines > dishwashers.

It is a historical fact... that the washing machine is stronger.

This fact was denoted in the great gospel.

God said onto man... I give then great blessing and if they blessing are to stain, thou will wash them yet again. Be thankful to thy almighty, for this gift, thine great equalizer the Washingmachine.

I'm going with the dishwasher.

Everyone has a washing machine, but not everyone has a dishwasher. The dishwasher seems to be more convenient to have, but only because I never had to hand wash clothes before.

In a physical battle, the washing machine has more power, but in a convinience battle, I go with dish washer.
