Gut: Good
Tag: Day
Schlect: Bad
Sehr : Very
so la la : Ok (feeling alright kinda :oh )

There's many more, but on to the numbers
This IS going from one to so on! Follow along
Eins, Zwei, Drei, Veir, Funf, Sechs, Sieben, Acht, Neun, Zein, Elf, Zwölf, Dreisehn, Viersehn, Funfsehn, Sechssehn, Siebensehn, Achtsehn, Neunsehn, Zwanzig. It goes on form there. Now, as you can see the first 10 numbers help you greatly. sehn meants teen. zig means "ty" as in twenTY then only thing is past twenty is it goes in to different number sequence it's the oppisite numbers with a "und" in the middle and a "zig" at the end so if you want 32 you would switch 3 with 2 and put und in the middle so it would be: zweiunddreizig. To tell time its just the oppisite number time with a o' in between. I might be wrong, so don't listen to me... that's mostly it and now for pronouncing it right.
Ja: Ya'
Nein: Nine
Guten : guet ' en
Tag: Tog
Schlect: Sssh lekt
Sehr: Sare
so la la: <==== just as it looks
Ich: Ick (like ICKY! >.<)
Bin: <==== just as it looks
und: Just as it.. looks
Jahre: yar uh
alt: Just how it sounds.... <(T-T)>
J's sound like y's and S's like Z's *unless with h after it* German comes from the throat mostly, find the sound in your throat, and let it roll on up. It might take a little while, but you'll get the hang of it! The best thing about german is that it uses English letters, and a lot of it sounds like what it says... even though some of it doesnt. The thing that you might struggle with is the grammar, your brain is saying... that verb doesn't belong there! Or, it's not said that way!! Don'y worry, you'll adjust. The hardest thing though is the time and numbers... I have diffuculty with the itme and money... Oh money! THe money over there is called Euro.. Euro for Europe money, that's all the European coinage over there. The symbol is similar to a E. I don't know how much fo it works, but I'm American, so hey! I guess I can tell you anything I missed, just look up German Translation, you'll fins plenty there! Now, how about some German Culture and history, FUN STYLE!!! if you ever heard that song 99 red ballons, that song orignated in Germany, pretty crazy song. The Hamburger orginated in a small town called Hamburg, so... that explains it, eh? And now, for the most bizarre Holidays... I forgot the names, ut the one which is like a halloween, is where people go around in masks, banging on trash bins and such, to scare away evil spirits, so they will ahve good luck.. something like that also where they do the same, except it's so the winter spirits will eb scared away so the spring spirits wil lcome in, or vice versa? :huh Im even confusing my self! Now, I know this one.. not the name, but it's a day where Females who their superior power over men *or something like that* by cutting a mans tie in half, and taking the other half with her, and sticking it in her purse or something.... yeah. Well, ummm if your ot confused or bored, here's one last fact, or something everyone wants to know, COLORS! There's Scwartz : Black Blau : Blue
Apfelsine: Orange Gelb: Yellow And so on, so fourth... I'm not gonna tell ya' the colors of the rainbow ja? or Nein? Well, now to bore you with the german history of my family.... all I know is im maybe 30% german.... yup... real boring eh? Well, that's it, thank you for reading, and I hope you learned something new!! :nuts
