Colossus vs Thing

This seems an even match-up. Colossus, the all-steel mutant versus Thing, the all-granite superhuman of the FF. Who takes this?

The Thing of the timeline in which Reed Richards is dead would beat any version of Colossus except the one in Age of Apocalypse. In the same way, that Colossus would beat any version of the Thing except the one in the timeline in which RR is dead.

Those two were amazingly strong.

No, Thing would win. Hes not only stronger than Colossus, he's had way more experience in battle. It wouldn't be a total landslide for thing but i think he would turn out the winner.

I alway thought the Thing was basicly a permanent Colossus, who was stronger. That is just the overall feeling I got, I don't have any scans to back me up.

I noticed in the old thread everyone was saying how fast an agile Colossus was. No hes not. Hes still slow and clunky. Thing is also sturdier than Piotr. But I wouldn't totally give this to Thing.

Where'd you get this? Colossus's agility and speed are not affected by his transformation. Trust me, I know. Maybe you're refering to Colossus in X-men Legends...

apparently u aren't aware that colossus has hit his peak making him stronger, faster, and more durable than he ever was. back in the day, it would be a better fight and thing would have stood a better chance. but now, colossus is a little much for thing to handle, he's kinda on the level of hulk before hulk gets a bit too mad and classic juggernaut.

colossus isn't my favorite character either, but if u check the thread u would see for yourself.

Yes, acutally his speed is hindered marginally despite what websites will say.
