I feel I can draw Haku...

If you wanna draw him, why don't you try practising?

Get a hard copy image of him and trace it... Then copy it on to another sheet of paper, without tracing...

Keep going over and over (repeating this step), get familiar with what you are drawing...

As time goes by you'll see the improvement...

I did this at a really young age... I haven't drawn for a while but I will soon.
