Are We In Limbo?

Points to the title. I mean like in-between Heaven and Hell. The reason I say this
is because we have the ability to be happy and sad. Maybe this life, is just a test that will decide our fate. I don't know for sure, but I think all our lives are like pieces in some grand design. So many questions, so little answers. We must have been put here via some purpose. Any thoughts? O and btw pie rox!1

The whole point of this world is to get to the next one, so I guess it is like limbo, the place AND the cool party game.

That's kinda how I see it. If you believe in Heaven/Hell, then you also that sometimes we feel "Heaven on earth" or "HELL on earth". I believe this(Earth) is our proving grounds for enrollment in Heavensmile-big or expulsion to Hell:cry .

I think you mean Purgatory. Puragatory is the place where people go if they have not repented yet, but are also not "hell-worthy". Once they've repented they ascend into Heaven.

Limbo is the first level of hell. That is where all of the virtuous non-believers go who failed to accept God, yet lived good lives. There is no torture...only sadness. Those in Limbo don't even know that they are. They think they are still living their normal lives. This is where Socrates and Pluto and Kungfu Tse and the like go.

Earth is just yet another world among many, with its own pros and cons just like the others.

Id go with the viking cosmology, where there are 9 worlds/dimensions. None of them is entirely "good" or "evil", some are just more hostile than others

I think so, since after this IMO you either go to Heaven or Hell.
