I think I know a few words for "you" in Japanese.. But which one is the best?
Kisama (i think it's "you" but it sounds like an angry way of saying "you" or something..)
Anatawa (dunno when it's used.. I KNOW it's "you" but I don't hear it being used quite often..)
Homayewa (I don't know how to spell this one.. Sorry if I spelled it wrong.. And now the question is: Is this "you are" or just "you"?
I guess thats all.. If there are more "yous" please write them too =)

I may be wrong but when you say Homayewa you probably mean Omae wa...which if I'm not mistaken is kinda rude when referring to someone
Yuusuke from yuyu hakusho uses Teme often... as well not quite sure how to translate that one except I think it's a lot like kisama
The safest and most polite thing to say to a Japanese person when saying "you" is anata. "wa" is just a participle. untill you know the person's name you should only use anata. when your speaking directly to someone about them then you don't have to say anata.
Kimi is another way to "you" but its only use by younger kids.
kisama is a rude way of saying you
and omae is rude aswell.

In some cases, you can also say 君 (kimi). Furthermore, in formal situations, if you know the name of the person you want to address, you should only ever use the name, plus -san (or sometimes -sensei).

Wrong. Refer to Sho's (excellent) post.

also, when Naruto is rather pissed off of annoyed, he uses "teme" as well.

I have this feeling that "teme" means "you bastard" or something :P

It does, kind of. Well, at least, that's what most fansubbers translate it as.
なんかさ,ね? ごめんなさい。
I'm not good at reading Japanese, and I'm even worse at translating it. But the first part of that, it said, "Nanka sa, ne?", didn't it? I didn't get the last part of it though. =/
なんかさ、ね?ごめんなさ。= something like that, right? sorry

That's true, anata means you, "wa" can be compared to is/are in the english language.

That's wierd... In one book I read it said that anata or pretty much any use of the word 'you' can be considered rude, and that most japanese people avoided it altogether.
