Well hey everyone, this may be a naruto forum but theres allways gundam fans around everywhere haha. Anyway, I've been a member here for a while etc, but mostly keeping quiet. So now I've decided to spread the word about something great you all should enjoy.

A Gundam SEED/Destiny Half-Life 2 Modification

"Mech Assault Genesis, or MAG for short, will be featuring all Gundams (and many mass produced units) from every series of the C.E. timeline. Including ofcourse, Seed, Destiny, and Astray. We are currently working on our first release which will feature: Strike, Aegis, Duel, Buster, Blitz, Calamity, Forbidden, Raider, Justice, Freedom, Providence, and two (currently undetermined) mass produced units. We are currently looking to release in early to mid summer of this year."

One thing I have to say though: They misplaced the Blitzs' arms! The left arm is the right arm and the right arm is the left arm. :S

i have a semi-stupid question... is this going to be something like a First person shooter or are they just using the HL engine to render the graphics and the physics then give it a different gameplay?

There was a mod like this before and it actually was a 3rd person type of shooter. I'd expect this to be the same way.

yeah prolly it will be in 3rd person POV... but wouldn't it be a bit good if they had the option to have it 1st person and have it look like you are in the cockpit just like in mechwarrior games? :P just imagine yourself inside freedom or raider, or strike...

If you go check out the forums etc. you'll find out that you're right ;)

It will be mainly 3rd person, but there will be a first person option and it will look like you're inside the cockpit.

So that means that if you only have HalfLife 1 you can't play it?
