Your fav. form of Zangetsu in terms of looks & overall...

so anyways...wat is yur fav. form of zangetsu in terms of looks... is it the normal looking but huge katana; the very first zankaputo form ichigo used... or is yur fav. the shikai form zangetsu or is it tensa zangetsu..the bankai form... pure black katana... so which is yur fav. in terms of looks and overall...

my fav. is tensa zangetsu...the black katana looks wicked... i hate the shikai level zangetsu the most...looks stupid or similar to ordinary kitchen knife or something.... or watever....

The bankai level of course. Black is slick and Ichigo gets a pretty kickass outfit change.

And I agree with you about his unreleased zanpakutoh; it looks really dorky.

Bankai Zangetsu is my favorite. It just looks so cool. It kind of reminds me of my sword, only it's all black...Plus Ichigo looks really cool. :laugh

I don't mind shikai Zangetsu. At first I was like, "WTF?!", but it's grown on me.

I second that, his banki form is quite plain, but stylish at the same time. Neatless to say, the black sword and outfit suited him.

His bankai was literally too much like a regular zanpaktou. The Shikai was pretty ugly. I liked his first zanpaktou the best. It was like Cloud's and it basically looked like his Bankai except bigger, making him look badass and having everyone talk about how big his reiatsu must be.

I like the Ban Kai form, its by far the most subtle, you would look at it and never dream of the immense power sleeping inside because it looks just like a regular sword. Byakuya totally underestimated Ichigo upon seeing it.

I think the hilt and the sword are one piece so it should be sturdy enough to hold.:huh

I dunno why his bankai is so popular, other than the chain, it looks like a normal Zanpaktou that instead of shading, they just filled in pitch black.

Thats exactly why. It looks like a normal Zanpakutou aside from the coloring and the hilt, but given Ichigo's insane reiatsu it probably has an attack power rivaling Ryujin Jaaka (Yamamoto's).

I remember Byakuya saying a Ban Kai's biggest weakness is its size since it violates the basic logic of a sword, Ichigo's Ban Kai overcomes this weakness.

I personally liked the Shikai. It definetly was strong and had some amazing techniques.

However, his Bankai, though a great improvement, really didn't look too spectacular. It really has no special features other than to condense the power of Zangetsu to increase speed.

I didn't like Ichigo's Shikai for his original sword, but his Bankai was nice and sleak. The outfit was rather cool too.
