Frames Or Tables? [HTML Question]

Hey (all Tech.experts of NF)
I've got a simpel question...
You know the main page, narutofan.com. Is that made with Frames or Tables?
It's with Tables right?
Because I'm making a Site right now, but If I look to many other sites, (which are similiar in form to narutofan.com, which I use as an example.) it looks like they all use Tables.

Anyway, just a simple question.
because I'm now working with Frames, but that doesn't seem to work out well, if I want to create something like narutofan.com for example.

I havnt done any html for years but i always liked iframes, maybe thats just me
