I'm a big fan of the manga. It's just too bad they only got published like about once a month. :cry I've never really watched all of the anime episodes except for the episode about Warehouse 13 (?) just because someone told me it was hilarious. smile-big But I might give the anime a go one day.

ya, there's no alchemy in the other world..... (well, not the same as in the original world, anyways) which kinda negates a lot of the coolness of the show.... i still prefer the manga ^_^ (mainly because it's still going....)

well, what i gathered from the movie points to the only ppl being able to open the gate are alchemists, which only exist in the FMA world, the other side can't use alchemy, and w/o an alchemist there they can't open their gate. then there's the fact that with the FMA world side of the gate destroyed, that effectively removes the risk of an alchemist going to that world

yet they looked at Noa to open the gate for them since she was clairovoyant...:S...plus...Hoenheim was still in that big circle with envy making that gate...so...the gate is permantly open for the people in "our world".....

aha!!! one of my biggest problems!! poor winry! :cry (oops, getting all sappy.... *edges from the room*) not to mention they killed off both ed and al's doubles in the other world.... i thought that was kinda mean, how ed killed his double (unintentionally, bien sur) cuz he wouldn't move. i mean, if his double had had countrol of the body, then he wouldn't have had to die.... he would have known to RUN.

the magazine in which it comes out in...which is the square enix magazine...only comes out once a month...unlike shounen jumbs which comes out every week. Plus, every chapter is over 40 pages long so it's understandable why it takes a long time for each chapter to be released.
