Ishigo: Jonathan Rhys Meyers - long, lank and can do the scary eyes. Amazing talent with ability to show anger and stubborn annoyance.
Rukia: Christina Ricci - right height and look - and she can act! - think mix of Wednesday from The Addams Family and sarcastic Cat from Casper.
Ishida: Jake Gyllenhal - I've liked him since Ocotber Sky and he can do brooding and upset well. If only Joaquin Phoenix was younger ...
Orihime: Tina Majorino - sweet, shy and clueless like Deb in Napoleon Dynamite but confident like Mac on Veronica Mars or Mandy Moore watch Entourage if you wonder why
Sado: can't think of anyone off hand but I'm sure there is some tall, young, butch, amazing latino actor out there that will be more perfect than anything offered up so far.
Aizen: Mandy Patinkin or Colin Firth - both are classically attractive, older and can play both lovable and villian.
Byakuya: Cillian Murphy - they would just have to downplay his amazing eyes but think less Scarecrow in Bataman Begins and more Jim of 28 Days Later.
Renji: Billy Crudup - amazing character actor with no fear of pink
Urahara: Johnny Deep - and he likes hats
Yourichi: Vivica A. Fox - tanned and purr-fect with contacts - she'd also nail Yourichi's sassyness
Hitsugaya: Billy Boyd - proved with his performance as Pippin that he can play young and vunerable but can do edgy too.
