the first one of two chaps are ok, but the rest got me completely hooked. It basically a collection of romance shorts. Not all are one shots though. Some are sometimes 2-3 chaps long, and one of the stories is drawn out 2 to 4 chaps per volume till the end of the series. You'll get what I mean when you read it.

thank you! im just now reading the manga, and i love it just as much as the anime, though, there are alot more material in the manga and their thoughts are described a bit better :)

Know what happened? I'm in Argentina and I saw volume four of Ichigo100% in spanish. This made me look at wikipedia to find what other publishers were releasing it. There were none! Only the spanish and japanese ones! We should try and get a company to liscense it. We can ask Yanime to give them their translations. It'll save them time!

Yea I was mad when I knew it wasn't licensed. I wan't to actually buy them. It's a great manga why wouldn't it be licensed?

and.. Kitaoji FTW... she is so cute, though i like all the (talking of the female ones here) characters, they all got their speciality :P

Nishino, she is so down to earth, and she would really be a good girlfriend.. all the cooking and (i suppose) cuttling, and she really love him (but who of these dont)... she focuses on the personality, and thats good...

Toujo, the dreamer, like Ookusa said, she is the one to follow him in his dreams... plus he get some very nice talks with her... and she is the "love on first sight, ichigo pantsu girl"

and finaly Kitaoji, first he was the "opposite" of him, and they had some rather harsh vocal expressions ad eachother ^^ but she very fast saw his qualitys and fell in love with him... suddenly she is all in to the cuttling and making out, also, she focuses on the personlaity of the person, thumbs up for that one :laugh... she is the one he likes to be with the most, and the other way around, to me, that would be the automatic choice...

now this is just how i feel about em, i'd like your oppinions too... :amuse

p.s. im sorry if it has allready ben discussed (im 99,9% sure it has) but i diddent really feel like reading ALL those pages through, so... :amuse

Okay, after being introduced to this series by my University's Animation and Comics Society playing four episodes of the anime as the main showing a week and a half-ago, I felt that something was awesome about it but that something was missing. In the following day I did some research and found, through the forums, a place to read the full manga without downloading it. Upon beginning to see what the difference was, my eyes were opened. The awesomeness I saw glimpses of became fully realized and I blitzed through it in roughly a week, give or take a day or two. I even had three tests and a small paper due in that week, but I couldn't stop clicking to the next page. Each time Manaka agonized over studying was like subtle clues to my own situation, that eventually took...just not without reluctance.

Not since Azumanga Daioh has a graduation scene moved me as much as it did here. And the last chapter, to me, was the perfect culmination of all the maturation and decisions made by the characters throughout the manga's run.

Oh, and the future looks really good for my favorites(though with one of my favorites I might well be in the minority, at least taking into account what my friend said he heard). I don't really care, to me, it was a great ending.

With that all said, I just have to join this club.

I am now of the opinion that I should've waited until this week to blitz through Ichigo 100% and actually studied last week when I had all those tests and whatnot. Passed the tests just fine, but I now find myself really freaking bored and re-reading favorite chapters anyway.

Oh well, soon it'll be time to head to my Animation and Comics Society meeting for this week anyway.


I've also found myself kind of wishing I'd caught onto this whole thing sooner...so that the threads were as active with discussion and theory as they probably were when the ending wasn't known for sure.

Hey guys! Guess what I found! When I was checking Wikipedia to see if there was a French version of the manga I found out Viz is releasing the first volume in English on July 3rd! I need it so badly! This is the series I promised myself I would buy when it came out in English!

It appears to be on their Advanced lineup as well. I'm just hoping the translations are accurate to the original and they handle the manga well because most ecchi titles like I"s ended up censored or something. And this is supposed to be an Advanced title too.
