I don't have the manga currently but to those you listed (all are great) I'd like to add:
-Zoro turning to Mihawk so he won't be disgraced
-Luffy vs Usopp
-Nami's mother knocking over the shark guy

For me the top ten one piece moments were

1. When luffy was about to get his head sliced off at RougeTown by buggy and smiles just like Roger.
2. Is when luffy kicks arlongs ass for nami and breaks his nose.
3. When Sogeking tells luffy and chopper who he is and where he is from. "...Sogekeki island is in your heart..." That part always cracks me up.
4. When Zoro learns to cut metal.
5. When Sanji answers the phone and tells Crocodile the person who is messing up all his plans is him the prince.
6. When luffy rings the bell of cyndora and lets Montblanc Cricket know the golden city existed.
7. During the davy back fight and luffy comes out with an afro and usopp as his trainer.
8. Aokoji and his complete ownage of the straw hat pirates.
9. When koby tells alvida how ugly and fat she is and gets his ass kicked for doing so.
10. When zoro fights mihawk and refuses to lose even if it means death.

Let's see how well I can remember them without looking at anybody's other posts or skimming through the manga. I don't think I need to tell you that there will be spoilers.

- Luffy vs Crocodile (round 3)
- The later part of Luffy vs. Arlong, say... from the time Arlong takes out his sword to Luffy's proclamation to Nami
- The introduction of Luffy's fro
- Enel tells Robin, Zoro, Wiper, Gan Fall and Nami (sorta) that in order to make his prediction come true, one of them would have to die... resulting in a badass "DON!" scene with the others raising their weapons at Enel and saying something like "it'll be you!"
- Luffy vs Usopp
- Sanji's flashback
- March to Arlong Park
- The skirmish on the Puffing Tom (Sanji, Sogeking, Franky vs CP9 & Co.)
- The little marine wrap-up after Arabasta ("Tell them to eat shit.")
- Hmmm... Usopp contemplating fighting against Chuu is what comes to mind, but I'm sure there's better

In no particular order,

1. Luffy effortlessly fucking up Bellamy. It really showed how much Luffy had risen above your average joe pirate. The fact that Bellamy did all that springing to the point you figured it was gonna fuck up Luffy and he was known to be a psycho. Then with no effort, he just punched him, completely taking him out. True and pure badassedness.
2. What will happen in 396 or 367. You know its happening.
3. When Luffy first encountered Ace. It was funny and unexpected.
4. Dragon's appearance. Very mysterious, it showed good future development.
5. Beating Arlong. Knocking Arlong through each story of the Park was pretty fakkin sweet.
6. Gear 2. Also rad and unexpected.
7. Pell sacrificing(or so we thought) his life by flying the bomb up in the sky. It was so noble of him and the scene was very dramatic and beautifully done. However, since it's aimed toward kids. He magically came back to life.
8. Zoro beating Das Bones. It really showed how much he'd grown.
9. Aokiji's first appearance. Really showed the awesomeness and raw power of someone of his level.
10. Strawhats leaving Arabasta was great. When they all raised their fists with the Xs on them. Amazing scene.

[Kusajishi]

Sirry was a long time I watched it so probaly wont come up with ten but well

1. Luffy strecht and come right into Ace and the cloud guy
2. Luffy getting the golden bell back
3. Luffy climbs up the execution place

Nvm stuff like those when Luffy acts so stupid but at the same time so cool =P

Hmm... a very hard one. In no particular order...

- Nami past
- Robin Past (this has the first place. the others, i'm not sure.)
- Luffy smiling at the platform.
- Zoro vs. Mihawk.
- Gear Second
- Chopper past
- Bellamy been owned. (by both Luffy and DonFlamingo)
- Shanks celebrating that Luffy became a pirate with Mihawk.
- Iron Fist and Jango dancing on the captured ship (this 2 are as funny as hell togueter)
- The last chapter when Sogeking destroyed the flag

Well, while it would take awhile to go back and figure out an entire list... The newest chapter easily has my favorite moment in the series so far.

One Piece is full of moments. My number one would have to be Robin's past and this whole Arc revolving around her right now.

Luffy/Usopp fight, Sanji's past, Mihawk acknowledging Zoro/Luffy, that fake Doctor that Chopper used to hang with, Arlong Arc/Nami's past, in the Alabasta Arc where that bird guy blew himself up for the village.

Yeah, lots of moments.

Everytime Luffy beats the crap out of a big boss and the before fight moments. The one where the Straw hats are standing on the tower of the bridge challenging the CP9 is great. The moments where characters get stronger are juicy too. Gear 2nd is superb.
