Well the ones at boxtorrent are torrent files, but I finished dling the whole thing in a week which isn't too bad. I don't know of any groups with an irc channel that are distributing them though... sorry

I don't know any direct-download page for Wing, but I could name a number of torrent pages that have the anime.

Realitylapse.com (http://www.realitylapse.com) is the only place I know of. It has all 49 episodes, but you A) need real player to play them, and B) can only download up to three episodes at a time. Hope this helps.
