That would make the fight closer. However, even with that, Yusuke would probably still win.
And remember: 8 gates - dead Lee - draw if it does kill Yusuke.

Yusuke even during the Dark Tourniment saga would just flex his spirit energy to send Rock Lee flying. Its really no contest even if Lee opened 12 gates (yes, I know there are only 8 lol)

Yusuke wins by the toguro series, probably before that, but I'll take the safe route and say the Toguro series. I doubt rocklee could last against a Reigun that could go into space if fired upwards.
