If Tsunade would hit paku with her strength, paku would probably die (specialization users have little or no affinity with reinforcement). But i don't think Tsunade can avoid bullets that blank your memory. So paku wins.

Tsunade's chances of hitting her would be low IMO. Paku is fast. I mean she was able to keep up with Kuroro and the others after all when they were hunting Kurapica. She can definitely dodge Tsunade's attacks and hit her with those bullets of her which takes away all of the opponent's memory. Tsunade will forget why she's fighting with Paku and will obviously just stand there. Paku will then just kill her.

Yeah but I don't really think Paku is better than Tsunade. She never really went all out in a battle (hell, she never even really faught from what I remember).

In terms of speed paku got the advantage(even it didn't feature), but in strenght and being a skillfull fighter(ninja) tsunade got this one. there's no doubt that tsunade can heals herself after many repetition of sword who cuts her heart by Oro.
maybe he could also survive by kurapica's little chain.

for the first time i think this would be a fair fight, minus the nen baptism she has, though Paku got tons of speed, but i can't say too much about her strength, and she got a gun, and it's known Naruto chars can't dodge bullets, i guess she takes it.
