I think you should include Hatchi (Arlong's First-Mate), Mr. 9 (Vivi's male partner in Baroque Works), Pell (The Alabasta Guard who can turn into a falcon, and Bellemere (Nami's Step-Mother).

Porque is in Foxy's crew. She uses some baton-flower shuriken thingies. Buchi is a cat brother.

And I got it from AP. I believe the place I found it said that anyone is free to use them.

Also, this is only the first half. I was originally going to put a poll but it screwed up. There'll be a total of 16 chars.

Chu is the merman that Usopp beat. Yes, I know it's Usopp and all, but Chu was definitly not one to mess with.
