Sabaku no Gaara vs. Sir Crocodile

Sakaba no Gaara or Suna Suna Croc? I'd go with Crocodile cuz he can actually become one with the sand so he could become Gaara's sand armor and crush him. Except he does have the weakness of water but still Gaara wouldn't be able to exploit that very well.

Would Gaara be able to control Crocodile? And even if he could control it what can he do to Crocodile? Not like he would be harmed. It depends say if Crocodile throws a sand storm at Gaara would Gaara be able to control it? But either way, Gaara does a jutsu that requires sand, it wouldn't harm Crocodile. While Croc can suck all the liquids out of Gaara with a touch. Or simply turn everything including Gaara if he happens to be on the ground into dust.

Well unless he phsycailly puts an unconcious Crocodile in one in some way, Crocodile could probably turn himself into some sand and fly off in some created sand storm or whatever. There's always the option of Crocodile immediately elimnating sources of water near that he can within his power as the battle starts at least lessen them enough so it'd be hard for the opponnent to use it against him.

Why does Gaara have more control over Sand that has a mind of its own than the person who is the sand? Crocodile has control over sand too (well sand that he creates and initially). And how will Gaara figure out Crocodile's weakness in the first pleace?

A pond? Crocodile could dry up a pond in an instant... And if Gaara is controlling Crocodile(whcih wouldn't make much sense... though them battling each other doesn't make much sense) Crocodile can always change back into human form and say not be controlled..

No, Its quite different. Gaara is only human. While Crocodile has many different moves.

Both Control sand, but Crocodile also is Sand, and is more experienced and more powerful.

He could simply allow Gaara to attack him and think he'd won by turning into sand and infiltrating Gaara's own Sand, and once Gaara pulled the Sand back towards him, he jumps out and "Desert Spada"s him to hell.

I wanna know how people think that Garra could beat Crocodile? Croc not only is made of sand, but has control over it. He can create sandstorms, and his sands have the ability to suck the moisture out of whatever they touch. Garra, on the other hand, has only control of the sands, and not as great as Croc's. (When I see Garra create a sandstorm, then they'll be even.) The only ace in the hole Garra has is Shikaku, and even that won't stop Croc. Sir Crocodile has Garra beat in almost any way imaginable.

Unless him turning into sand could just make Gaara control him thus Gaara sends him flying to space where he floats forever as sand :amuse...or or since Gaara had the essense of sand pre time skip, then someone turning into sand would just be at his mercy, because while he is sand, Gaara has the essense of it in him.

Gaara can't react fast and he can stop bomb or whatever but Croco can't die unless you have water or liquid, if you don't have it you can't kill the guy, while Gaara's defense is not ultimate defense. As I said before, all Croco have to do is to touch Gaara

I like the immobileness of Crocodile along with the mind reading capabilities of Gaara if Crocodile happens to be thinking of his weakness. It is possible that Gaara may find out, when that happens, Crocodile will merely dry up any water source nearby if it isn't too large.

And using sand to catch Crocodile won't be the most effective thing. As he himself becomes the sand. Gaara controls it indirectly while Crocodile is it itself.

... How does he catch Crocodile in his sand? He can't do anything physically as with all logia users in One Piece, they're immune to physical attacks (aside from when their weakness is exploited), using his sand won't work. Gaara isn't exactly a good match up against Crocodile.

And one thing... Crocodile is a lot smarter than Gaara. So there's no way he'd fall for any petty tricks like that.

Shoot Croc and the bullet would pass right through him. But I'm sure Crocodile is fast enough to dodge (well considering how Luffy could dodge one even in the first chapter...). Water pistol? ... Hmm... Luffy already tried a concept similar to that and it failed. Crocodile merely dried up the water as Luffy shot it towards him.

Get a gun, get a bullet, shoot Gaara, he's dead. Unless he can create a shield strong enough for it not to penetrate it, but that'd take som etime.

This was predictable...
Real bullet > Kimmi's in speed/velocity
Real bullet > Kimi's in power (Real bullet: higher speed, better material, smaller. Thus the actual bullet has more penitration power)

And besides, it's not like either of them has a gun anyways (and Gaara doesn't know Croc's weakness, and being a sand user, it would be pretty weird for him to find out).
