What changes? The english names in Naruto are the same as the japanese names except the first and last names are switched the other way around.

English Naruto is 95% identical to japanese Naruto.

The only thing different is the language and the opening and ending songs (which is entirely not Viz Media's fault).

Naruto has an awesome dub, while One Piece has one of the worse dub of all time.
