Heh, I'd say Gai & Kakashi are on the money. They look just like the manga counterpart. Neji is very close, but Temari can go for a quick trip to the beauty salon. :D
She's definately looking too much like a bishounen to be a bishoujo. I think it's the neck. ;)

Neji and Kak look great. Gai's head seems to be a bit long, should be a bit more round IMHO. Temari's eyes should be bigger with a more delicate face. I think that would help. But since Kak looks good I'm happy ;)

Kakashi looks awesome, your own style has influenced itself into Kishimoto's characters.
As everyone has said before, Temari looks like a man, but you can fix that with making the chin bone, and cheeks more angular.
