Aizen's VC Hypnosis Ceremony

I was just wondering 2 things:
1. How did Aizen get Yachiru to actually care enough to watch him show off his Shikai? I just can't see her standing around while he shows off his Shikai, she seems a bit too ADD for that.
2. Who did he do it to on Ukitake's squad? Kaien? Cuz if so, then the 3 third seats aren't affected by it yet.

1. I'm sure that in times of peace, even she follows orders.

2. I'm sure someone has taken over the position of VC. If it was Kaien, then so be it. However, it's not like the third seats even matter at this point.

no one sits in the vc slot on the 13th division, its likely it was kaien and that when kaien died he didn't bother to do it to anyone else, its not like the 3rd seats of the 13th were going to examine the body closely.

we know Aizen created the hollow that killed Kaien so it seems likely he might have used the hypnosis ceremony before this.
