I was just wondering what were the biggest and smallest things in Bleach.

I think the heights are:
1. Menos Grande(100 ft?)
2. Jidanbou/Gate Keepers(50 ft?)
3. Komamura(His height keeps seeming to change, sometimes he's barely a foot over Aizen, other times he's 3x his size)(8-15ft?)
4. Kenpachi/Yamamoto?/Soi Fong's Vice?(the only captains that seem to be taller than the average(7ft?)
5. Average Captain: Aizen/Ukitake/Shunsui(6.5 ft?)
6. Tousen/Average Vice Captain(maybe 2 feet shorter than average captain)/Average Human(5.5 ft?)
7. Hitsugaya(4 ft?)
8. Jinta/Ururu(2.5 ft?)
9. Kon(8 inches?)
10. Orihime's flower fairies(2 inches?)

Any more official sources? or other opinions?

Ok, according to Wikipedia, here are some more exact estimates for their heights:

Yeah, what's up with Komamura's height changes? Is that his special power or something?

Ukitake and Shunsui are around the same height when they stand together. Ukitake and Byakuya are also shown to be the same height in ep. 41.

And there isn't that big of a difference between Urahara's and Ichigo's height I'd say (ep 18, around the 15 minute mark).

Yea I know right, maybe its cuz he's skinny.

Sometimes the heights seem weird. I mean, Jidanbou ranges from 10x Ichigo's height, to the height of the Execution grounds(In the background of the manga you can see their head about that level while crouched). Seriously, I want to know how his height compares to a Menos Grande.

Komamura and Kenpachi too. Kenpachi looked much bigger fighting Ichigo and Komamura looked HUGE fighting Aizen, but normally, they don't look more than 50% taller than one another.

The main thing I'm surprised about is that Renji is taller than Byakuya and much taller than Ichigo.

Yeah, Komamura is usually shown to be twice the height of Tousen and maybe triple the width.

I can't think of a single scene where Renji is shown to be taller than Byakuya or Ichigo.

BleachExile.com has all the basic character profiles with information that I think was provided somewhere in the manga.

It says that Komamura is 235 cm tall, which is about 7.5 feet.

It also says that Ichigo is 174 cm (5'8"). Which isn't that far from six feet. I know, cuz I'm 5'8", and a lot of my guy friends are at least six feet tall. I was actually kinda disappointed by that, and then I remembered that he is only fifteen, so he'll probably get taller as he gets older.

But I dunno how accurate that information is. The only thing we can know for sure is that the gatekeepers are the biggest and Kon is the smallest :amuse .

As for the discrepancies within the anime/manga, there's only one explanation for that: good old not paying attention.

But with Renji, Ichigo, and Byakuya, it might just be a case of putting Ichigo and Byakuya in the foreground in order to make them seem taller. But here are two examples of Renji being taller than Ichigo:

Kenpachi is officially 202 cm and Yachiru is 109 cm. Ken weighs 108 Kilogramms and Yachiru 15.5 Kg's. ^_^

Like the scene you put up. I'd say that's just not concentrating. But it's also in the middle of a fight, when people aren't really paying attention to how tall everybody is. But generally, yeah...Renji should be towering over Ichigo a little. You could put it to how they're standing? Renji is leaning foreward and Ichigo is bracing himself against his back leg.

Well in the anime, I picked up on the height difference between Kenpachi and Ichigo, he was literally towering over him like a monster.

Whats funny is that they have an exact measurement for Kon's height, I think its 28cm. I'm still waiting for them to release Tsubaki's height. He's actually somewhat big, like the size of Orihime's forehead.

My dad's a nuclear engineer. So he's always doing stuff to compare and contrast. He made a poster of the original alphabet in the order he thinks it was intended tobe in. :huh He's weird.

Well I think she's less willing to destroy something thats more human(like Shinigami and pluses) plus Jiroubou said her attack would work on a hollow but not against him. I mean, technically all he has to do is put a shield inside the Hollow, and since it already has a hole inside it shouldn't be too hard. On the other hand, he only stopped it because he had a sword. But watching Ururu or Yachiru kill a Menos would be fun.

Is it? They look about the same size. Jidanbou is the size of the Seireitei gates AND even the Execution hill they took a while to climb(In the manga I believe you could see their heads on level with the hill). In comparison to that His bankai was about the size of one of the big buildings but none of the buildings compare to the size of that hill.
I do wish we could get a direct comparison.
