I have no freaking idea,i find the all idea of souls have to survive kinda ridiculous. When you saw that parrot leaving the world,i was thinking like :"yeah he's off to a better place"..shiiiiiiit he's in heaven ghetto working etc...I really want to see heaven /hell since it DOES exist in Bleach

didnt rukia say that SS and the real world co-exist because a balance of souls exist? so maybe when one dies in one world they're reborn in the other.
A hole in the plot I guess. This hasn't really been cleared up by both the anime and the manga

Bingo.
Remember why the Quincy's were exterminated? They upset the balance of souls inbetween the worlds. When Rukia explained this, there was an hourglass in the background to illustrate it.
All of this heavily implies, when a person dies in SS, they're reincarnated into the human world.

Doesn’t it work like this?
You die, as a human, you're soul is left. Then you go to SOUL Society. Then if you die again you're soul is lost then you can end up anywhere.
This means there isn't another Soul Society.

Yes, I think so too.

yeah, total agreeance with TO. there must be some medium so that both worlds equal out. i mean, if everyone keeps dying in the real world, then that would mean SS would get really full and Rukongai would have to add like 20 more districts

You know what I just realized... Ahem! Does any watch that show dead like me? It's about a depressed girl who gets killed by a toilet seat and then becomes a grim reaper. She then must reposes souls and the ones that she must collect have all ready been predetermined and her boss (another grim reaper gives her the name via a sheet of paper) Her boss recieves these names, from a "higher power." Omg sounds just like Bleach. perhaps the writer watched some of dead like me and was like... OMG OMG?
on topic: don't know.. honestly don't care. However, I think Bleach can easily have another 167 episodes because so much has been left open. --
rofl- shika pictures ss being level one then then go to level 2 then 3.. then 4 and finally at the end it's heven/hell and Bleach becomes spawn- rofl

Tenshi and OWC have it, if a soul dies in soul society it is reborn back into the living world thus keeping the natural balance flowing, shinigami tend to this and keep the worlds in balance.
The quincy destroyed the soul of hollows rather than purify them and thus upset the balance and had to be destroyed.
I do think if a soul is annihalated i.e. destroyed completely with something very powerful (soukyoku?) then it might become lost or just cease to exist.
One more thing, if the rebirth thing wasn't mentioned then we wouldn;t have had to suffer a vast amount of ichigo = kaien reborn theories >.<

buut...if Ichigo was a reborn Kaien...then it's zanpaktou would be the same right..cuz they're bound to a a soul...well anyways..on-topic
I go with the rebirth thing..no second soul society...still I'm curious about the hell what happens to those souls

Soo every soul who dies in Soul Society is reborn
in the human world. That makes sense in a
bleachiesh way smile-big .
And i must admit the idea of a second soul society
was kindaa weird :sweatdrop .

I think they get reborn because, in the episode between Ishida and Ichigo arguing there was a section where there was a hour glass type thing, in which souls when from earth to ss then from ss to earth.
So Shinigami's probably go to earth.

So...In a sense, people in Bleach are immortal, since they will always exist.

anyways when ppl in soul society die they go to 7th heaven. there they go and interact with all the characters from that show and forget everything that happened before.

I'm not sure they'll all be brought back to the human world as the same thing, however.

When they are brought back to the Human world, I'm pretty sure they don't remember their "past life" and have a new body. Wouldn't make sense otherwise... because then all the characters that are killed off could just come back instantly.
Wait, does that mean if Ichigo dies now, he would go straight back to SS with Shinigami powers?
blazingshadow
12-25-2005, 10:26 PM
yup unless he was killed as a shinigami then he would be screwed.

12-25-2005, 10:38 PM
Well, thinking a while back when Renji said he grew 10x in power when he came back to Soul Society, does that mean the same would happen to Ichigo if he were to die in his real body back on Earth?
blazingshadow
12-25-2005, 10:40 PM
nope. renji said his power was limited on purpose
Otherside
12-25-2005, 10:58 PM
Ah forgot about that ><
Oh well, atleast we wont see another huge jump in power, might actually take Ichigo a little while to improve this time :o
blazingshadow
12-25-2005, 11:05 PM
nope, this is a power anime/manga so expect quick jumps in power. can't you imagine how it's going to be the next power up? it's name starts with hollow and ends with ichigo

i dont know if this is a mistranslation or something like that, but in the manga, before the fight against komamura begun, kenpachi said :

if the translation is right, that could clear up the reborn theory
TenshiOni
12-26-2005, 12:13 PM
Yeah, that translation is more or less accurate. Even more evidence to rebirth.
All the proof you'll ever need:

This is why I believe that SS = Heaven, and HS = Hell.

then whats the difference beetween "hueco mundo" and the actual "hell"(the place where the hollow "shrieker" did go to)
HS and hell are two different things(thats why i think, after the aizen arc, there will be a arc about hell)
blazingshadow
12-27-2005, 08:25 PM
hueco mundo is not hell. it is located between soul society and earth. an in between realms if you want to put it like that

Brilliant. I thought no one else knew about that.
On a side note, I don't know why we're even talking about this. No one ever dies anyway. It seems like it's impossible to kill these bastards, everyone is just healed in a couple hours and fights again.
