my post count goes up and down all the time!

evrytime i make a post, my post count goes up. but after i log out and log back on. it goes back to 582 again....why???

Because you post in threads that get trashed because either

a) they have a post limit and the mods delete them when they reach that limit

or

b) they suck.

or there is a glitch, or you are posting somewhere your posts don't count

~You're probably posting in a section where post count, but they might get thrashed.

~you're posts are being deleted for whatever reason...(i.e. spam)

Try other sections and avoid posting stuff that can be easily deleted due to irrelevancy or flaming...not saying that you are, but it's just a little tip to avoid stuff like this from happening.
