Maybe I should have waited a bit longer instead of HK-ing.

By the way, what's the name of the more powerful Impact Dial? HK said "Line Impact" but I know better than to trust them.

So... if Wiper and his crew are from Jaya.... why do they have wings? :huh

I'm assuming Enel has some sort of devil fruit power. His ears are kinda freaky. :sweatdrop

Now, bring on fights for Sanji, Zoro, Robin (because it's about time) and Luffy. :laugh

Actually, it's only if they keep using it in quick succession. Wiper said in the manga "I can only withstand one more Reject", which mean that it can be used more than once.
So... if Wiper and his crew are from Jaya.... why do they have wings?
Who knows? They could be fake. Or it could be that, like all the animals in Upper Yard, they evolved REALLY fast.

Coming up in a bit, but I think that there may have been glimpses of them in the parts where it shows Jaya blasting into the sky. I'm not sure.
