Animated Bleach avatars(48bmax)

Does anyone like have any of these?
I mean I've looked and looked but the only one I found was this super one of like Ichigo using his bankai fighting against Byakuya, but the thing is it's too big to use it for what I plan to use, can anyone find me one or make me one?

Not sure why youd wanr 50kb since NF has a 100kb limit (Atleast it does for me) but go check out Animesuki's bleach forums...They have a whole thread of what your looking for and most are under 50kb.
