Luffy, Sanji, and Nami vs. Naruto, Lee, and Sakura

Thought I'd make a few of these match-ups. I apologize if someone has done these specific things before, but it's probably buried a good deal and I'm not sure everyone likes to dig that deep. Plus, it might be nice to get some fresher opinions on these things.
Now, so far, I've only got a few ideas for fights, but I might come in later if I have any more, and if you guys want to offer ideas that'd be great.
Note: All fights will be one on one(unless later I decide to twist things up) and the skill level of the Naruto "participants" will be the same as they were when in the prelims of the third test of the Chuunin exam(to be fair), unless changed later on for harder fights or nice twists.

Well, here are my first three fights.

1. Luffy vs. Naruto
2. Sanji vs. Lee(with the weights still on, because we all know that with them off he'd kick Sanji's ass)
3. Nami vs. Sakura(or Ino, either one)

This has been done about 5 times that I can recall so far. OP in general is more powerful than Naruto.

here is how I see it

Luffy Vs. Naruto - Luffy wins because luffy could crush Naruto and if he wanted could even eat him.

Sanji Vs. Lee - Regardless weights on or off the cook has got this and if the Hachimontonkou comes into play Lee might have a fighting chance but if he fails with it then he is pretty muched f'ed in the a

Nami vs. Sakura - Sakura has no hope none at all she barely had anye jutsus that were effective at all. If Nami had it she could just use Tornado Tenpo or thunderbolt tenpo to steal the win.

Why make it during the chuunin exam post time skip would have been better.

Sanji and Nami wouldn't even HAVE to fight. Luffy could kill all of Team Naruto with one Gomu Gomu no Pistol. One Piece characters are FAR stronger than Naruto characters.

Luffy vs Naruto- No contest, Luffy would wipe the floor with him.

Sanji vs Lee- Im not sure who has more speed here, also Lee has trained his whole life for hand to hand. This one would be close. But with Lees gates he would probably win.

Nami vs Sakura- Sakura has super human strength and im not sure how Nami would hold up against that. But if she controls the weather like she can, she might be able to pull of a finishing move. It could go either way.

Well, I apologize for limiting the Naruto team to their prelim strength, I just haven't seen as far ahead into One Piece as you have so I wouldn't know the people's strength. Personsally, from the skills that I've seen of Luffy and the gang so far, I figured that Naruto would easily whipe the floor with them. But... I guess they get better than I had thought later on, I can't wait to see that. Well, might as well take off the Naruto team's limits. Now the question is how would the match-ups fair with how far Naruto is in their series compared to One Piece? And this time, Lee's weights are off.(And personally, I believe that the speed he has with the weights off should be able to beat Sanji, I know that he's probably improved much from when I've seen him but I just don't think he can reach the kind of speed as Lee).

Even if the straw hats were at their pre-Arabasta limits they would still beat the Naruto team easily.

and it's not like we're bashing you. It's just that the One Piece vs Naruto things tend to get tiresome after awhile especially when they're practically the same threads. It's almost like the MacGyver trend now. XD

The biggest problem w/ OP v. Naruto matchups is the OP attack power advantage.

Lee could take the win due to speed, but Sanji easily hits much harder. He kills Sea Kings barehanded, and they're the equivalent of a summon w/o its own chakra.

Before she gets super strength, its unlikely Sakura would be able to beat Nami w/ the Tenpos, but Sakura's skill w/ basic jutsu such as kawarimi would keep it from being an easy fight. If Sakura could catch Nami by surprise she could take it.

As far as Luffy goes, there is no one below jounin level that I could see beating him. And most of his attacks completely devastate the opposition so its unlikely he would leave anyone for the others to fight.

How fast exactly is Luffy at the moment?
I know he's powerful, that was given from the first episode, and also very creative. But what I really want to know is how fast he's become. Because I'd just like to say that even though he's powerful, it doesn't really matter if he can't catch his enemies, and I believe that if he actually fought Naruto he'd have a tough time catching him, it's why I posted the match in the first place. Plus, Naruto has that summoning no jitsu, which I admit won't do too much against Luffy's strength, but that frog's tongue does look dangerous in a fight.

In the above pages, Luffy can't even touch a person named Blueno. However...

40 chapters later, Luffy becomes that much faster than him. I think this pretty much proves that Luffy is much faster than Naruto.

Not only that he's fought Kurahandol and Bellamy both who outdid him in speed and caught them like they were nothing.

Naruto's basic str8 forward attacking style would be nothing.

Now, those pics are interesting. For a good amount of time I've admired the creativity of the author. To come up with these ideas are just great, I never knew that he would be able to make Luffy advance so much with such creativity, I can not wait to see what else he has in store for the future. Well, you guys think I should "limit" the OP strength down to about... right after they pick up Chopper to make the matches more even, or should we just talk about stuff?

It's kinda hard to find a fair point b/c the OP characters gained more in technique than power so Naruto character's will always be at a disadvantage damage wise.

Well, I'm sorry that there has already been other threads like this, I just thought it'd be nice to create something where people can talk about things and discuss their views. Just thought I'd try to make someinteresting match-ups. Speaking of which, I've just thought up another one.

Luffy v Naruto Luffy would just piss around like he normally does which would just wind Naruto up. Plus he has that cheeky laugh and he's so much cuter then Naruto. This round gous to Monkey D.

Sanji v Lee Sanji has style, which lets face it, Lee doesn't. Sanji would kick Lee's ass whilst keeping the crowd happy and amused and then maybe a spot of lunch after. Love curly eyebrows more then caterpillars too!

Nami v Sakura Nami has the attitude going for her and you gotta love a girl with expensive taste. Sakura has no chance she'll lack confidence from the word go, by this time Nami will have knocked her out and stollen her earings as a prize.
