let's poll... who is strongest of boss from KOF? do you have play KOF...
I'd say Omega Rugal for KOF 98 or other series.....

If you mean story-wise I would say Orochi

Story-Wise Goenitz is stronger than Rugal without doubt, even Igniz is stronger, in fact Igniz after collecting Data from K, K9999, Krizalid, Whip, Kyo's clones...etc he is someone who is less weaker than Orochi but not so weaker, though... but again Orochi can only by sealed by the three sacred weapons

Goenitz and Igniz are tied play-wise, they can be a real pain in the neck if you're not familiar to their fighting style Bad memories . . .

And Orochi wins easily if you're talking about the story

I know, I've hard beaten Omega Rugal is hard better than Orochi for me.
Omega Rugal and Goenitz is orochi blood too. yeah, story-wise=Orochi.

I was talking about do you've difficult beaten to Last Boss from KOF on this is poll.

that's my favorite list

Hard to Beat = Omega Rugal for KOF 98
Story-Wise= Orochi
Favorite Boss= Sinobu
Weakness Boss= Adelheid...
Best of KOF= KoF '98
Worst of KOF= KoF '99
other misc..

Orochi. It took 3 of them to take him down and those three were Iori, Kyo and Chizuru. As you can see that team is composed of the two strongest good guys and possibly the strongest female (i mean Leona or King might be stronger but Chizuru was definitly one of the stronger ones).

The second to him would be Zero or Ingiz, both as SOB that make life hard when it comes to taking them out.
