I am going to have to say Hulk. He punched through an asteroid twice the size of Earth with little effort. There is no way KK is nearly that powerful.

There are no versions of King Kong that can defeat the Hulk.

I'm going to have to go with Hulk. Kong may be a good fighter along with his strength, but Hulk is just a powerhouse. Usually, his style of fighting is looked down upon because of how he just tries to smash through obstacles, but he's able to make it work, I mean think about all the villains he beat, Kong should be cake.

King Kong seems to be out matched with this one...unless he can surprise him by dropping from a building and crushing him...though it'd be pretty hard to hide when you're that big.

Unless its the 45 meter Kong and he absorbs lightning again like he did against Godzilla he'll get beat in 2 seconds flat. 1 punch at hulk, hulk gets alot more powerful then punches the ape's head off. But with electricity maybe he could send a signal to hulks brain to knock him out then retreat. After all psychic powers can knock hiom out so electrical impulses to the brain might too. But honestly Kong is completely outmatched here. Especially the original. Do you see Hulk dying from some old plane bullets and falling off a skyscraper?

No, but didn't he die from a 10 ft fall from a helicopter in one of the movies?

King Kong was a giant gorilla, that's it. Nothing special about him other than the fact that he can clim buildings.

Even regular bullets hurt him.
And about Peter Jackson's version, I saw he had one ye meaning no healing factor like Godzilla.
The ape is dead.
