Men on steroids are pretty shot fused, and upon seeing a 3 foot man with a stick, he would become enraged and throw a mailbox at him.

That's where you're wrong, my friend.

It is a well known fact the steroid use shrinks your testicles.

Therefore, a man this exposed to such prolonged steroid use, would have little to no testicles left.

IF the midget somehow hit the testicles (highly doubtful) it wouldn't hurt the man too much.

The only chance the midget has here, is waiting for the guy to die of the cancer he will inevitably suffer from ther roids.

Steroids (the type I assume you're talking about) don't give you power, they just allow you to workout longer. Anyways, i'll assume this guy is a body builder like Craig Titus or somthing. I say the steroids guy rushes the midget making the stick useless. From there he outmuscles the midget and takes the stick. Then he plays minature golf w/the midget.
