Theres the brutes like Kenpachi vs. Ubogin, each could take down a building easily.
I'm assuming Reiatsu is virtually the same as Nen since if you don't have enough reiatsu u can't hurt someone and the same goes for Nen so they cancel out. That also means Tousen's bankai cancels En since it blocks out the ability all senses and even detecting reiatsu.
They're also using full force, in other words they're fighting as though in Seireitei but they're considered living and noone's powers have been sealed by the judgement chain.

I'd give it to the Ryodan if the leader of the 13 isn't in it, but if he is it will be tough on the Ryodan.

Anyways, I added some more stipulations/assumptions to be considered. Most importantly is the equivalence of reiatsu with Nen because both sides could be considered invulnerable otherwise(remember Ichigo couldnt scratch Kenpachi)

The biggest problem in most of these matchups is figuring that stuff out. If we follow the facts from the series then the Genei Ryodan would be invincible b/c they aren't facing nen users, and the Gotei 13 would be invincible b/c their opponents don't have soul slayers. You have to assume they can hurt each other to make the fight somewhat fair.
