BUT is everything translated?

I mean, I was checking the download section for the "Full Metal Alchemist" manga, and I've noticed that the special contents out of the simple "chapters", like Gaiden, Omake, and all this stuff are missing.
They're really missing? Is because they've not been translated?
And what about the other Mangas??
