Anyway.. he still can control the sand, so i guess he kept all his jutsus. Except transofming in to Shukaku...

I'd think the sand shield is gone, this was granted to him by the 1tail I thought. The rest of his techniques, although likely weakened, he should be able to still use.

Well he can still make the sand shield probably, it just doesnt automatically do it like it did before because it was the 1tail doing it for him

I don't think he'll have to retrain his techniques. He will have to train his stamina/chakra level. I think the only thing the one-tails did for him was give him a huge amount of chakra and stamina so he could use his techniques to the power level he did and for as long as he did.

It would be really cool if Gaara learned the Iron Sand jutsu. That would allow him to stay the Kazekage and be a great ninja.

And Gaara wouldn't even be able to perfrom the Iron Sand technique. Only the Sandaime Kazekage could do it since he had some special magnetic property-like jutsus. Thus, Gaara couldn't even perform it even if he wanted to.

Ummm he had the Shikaku put in his as body a secret weapon for the village, if it wasnt the basis of most attacks what was the point?

I thought so too but removal of the one tail still would halfen his attacks no.

Edit: Oh and Iron sand Jitsu would be perfect for Garra, but I dont think garaa will play a Major(or even a minor) role for a while so only time will tell.

It'd defintely weaken him quite a bit. By how much I don't know but half sounds about right.

Like I said one post earlier, Gaara can't learn it unless he learns some magnetic type jutsus, which is easier said than done since only the Sandaime Kazekage has learned them.

Well.. He could transform in to Shukaku, and that's more powerfull than any jutsu. He also had more chakra and his sand protection.
But jutsus like: "Sabaku Sousou" and "Sabaku Kyu" needed sand control, and Gaara still have it. Other jutsus like "Ryuusa Bakuryu", or "Suna Shigure" are just normal jutsus i think. it's just they was more powerfull and more "global" because of the shukaku and Gaara's chakra.
So i think he maybe'll lose his sand protection (he kept sand control powers, so that's not certain), and his jutsus won't be so large. He probably can't control so much sand like he did in Deidara's fight too.

Yeah I agree thats why I said he would have too retrain and learn more techniques because he will have to really on more strategy to win battles then he did before. Which I think will make him even cooler with more inovative techs
