www.bleachforums.com is the most popular, I believe.

Don't expect to find any activity close to Naruto Forums though, my friend.

You don't need to go to another forum, just join a fanclub, like one of the divisions! Join the 6th!

www.bleachforums.com has the most activity concerning bleach, but these boards we are posting on right now are probably the next best thing. Other boards are those on stoptazmo and the forums from bleachportal.
Livejournal is also very useful (http://www.livejournal.com/community/soul_society/)

I think I prefer these forums to the bleachforums.com ones to be honest, Jonat's post is a pretty succinct summery

And yes, www.bleachforums.com is the most active, as it is solely dedicated to Bleach, but these forums are probably up there on the list, we have a great community of Bleach fans here as well :thumbs.
