Well, technically Naruto doesn't turn into a woman. He uses the 'Henge jutsu' to change his appearance to look like a female. It's just a illusion.

There was an episode that would disagree wtih you. One episode is when kabuto, naruto, sakura and sasuke were fighting. Naruto created clones, and they all useed henge. After a while, the clothes seemed to get dirtier, and their all seemed to sweat. This proves they can create clothes, and if they are able to create materials with chakra, what says they cant change their insides? Im sure with chakra, they can changed their insides.

You know, I wonder the same thing. Is there a girl -> hot guy version of Sexy no Jutsu? I'd imagine it'd work. With so many yaoi fangirls in existence, I'm pretty sure there are girls just as perverted as guys. Out of my group of friends, the girls were actually the pervs, and the guys were like, "Wow, no."

Not to mention, someone I know has actually nosebled twice thinking..."things" about hot anime guys. But that wasn't me, I promise. ^.^;;

A male Sexy no Jutsu would probably be awkward in Naruto since it's a shounen manga primarily, but it'd probably be just as effective against the women. I think.

Yes, she can, and did, in the show. She turned into a very fetching Iruka for the academy exam.
