What are the best One Piece anime episodes?

I've read the entire manga up to 389 so far, and now I'm just wondering of One Piece has the same quality animation in it's anime as some of the episodes of Naruto-- namely 133, the Rock Lee vs. Gaara fight (48) , Sasuke vs. Orochimaru ( 30? ). I've already watched all of Bleach and Naruto, and I've had enough of reading one chapter of manga over 30 minutes with crappy fillers, bad characterizations, changes to the plot and shit, and when action happens it's crappy except for 3 or maybe 4 episodes where it isn't.

Can anyone point out some good, choice tip-of-the-stock episodes for me? And please don't say to ' download the entire series.. ' .. my computer's almost full, and I don't think it can take all of the filler episodes.

Personally, my favorite was the end of Arabasta arc (ep. 128 maybe?). That scene with them in the ship while Vivi looked at them was just classic...
