That would be 'Burst Angel'. Also, it is now currently dubbed and released by FUNimation.

I have seen this anime called it "Bakuretsu Tenshi (爆裂天使)" in Japan of 2004 years.
Burst Angel is English version. ...this is Lesbo Anime :o. :droll
Bakuretsu Tenshi -Tenshi Sairin- (爆裂天使 -天使再臨-) OVA series to till 2005/Q4 or 2006/Q1 years...

I just started watching it after DL it, I'm only on episode 6 and like it so far.

Good to hear. Despite the crap subs, I was still able to understand what was going on (only problems were spelling and grammar, which included about three different spellings for Jo, one being Takashi). And it really is a good anime. If you aren't thinking this already, then you should soon be wondering "Why the hell is Meg going on the missions?"

The subs that are on mine are great. I have no difficulty telling what's going on. I liked the music for the first few episodes, but they play the same battle music for each episode! Kinda reminds me of Noir, but still good none-the-less.
