What country the characters would come from?

The title says it all lets talk about what nation would some character come on this thread.Did you think some time this character looks like being from an (insert randon country here).This thread is only about One Piece characters.

Sanji would definetly be british. Usopp looks kinda Mexican, while Mihawk looks spanish/portuguese. Those are all I could think off right now.

ussop could be more from jamaica/brazil or something like that lol

mihawk not portuguese,more spanish or even french,the only portuguese that i can see in the series is ace because basically of his name like portgas.d.ace ->portgas=portugas/tugas a name we can say about the portuguese ppl

Are you sure? I do recall all of them being in full Spanish. Though Spanish and French do have some similar words, I don't recall any French Non-Spanish word in her attack names.

I just recall KF's notes saying things like "Word A is _ in spanish, Word B is _ in french". But I know about as much about Spanish as I do of Quantum Physics, so its certainly possible that they were all Spanish.

I don't know about whether Spanish just shares the same word or not, but the way she says her techniques definitely sounds like shes saying "fleur," which is French for flower. The numbers she says, on the other hand, seem to be in Spanish, if you take how many arms she sprouts into account (ie: "toreisu" could mean treize (French for 13), but since she only made three arms, tres is the logical choice).

Kind of sounds like "fluer" so it would be best to go by written word.

That is assuming they translated using some text source (they said they used the Manga/SBS/Grand Data File/Grand Character File for info. So it woudl be safe to assume so.)

Either way, having it as flor is consistent with the Spanish numbering (and the use of "ojos" to refer to eyes.)
