Ok, I know this isn't supposed to be a manga+ complaint section, but I have an open ticket for the last 2 months or something like that that has not been responded to once. Before DirectManga was taken over by you guys I had been charged for 2 months and not been given access. All of my emails have fallen on deaf ears. You guys take over and no one still responds to me. I just got charged again for a service I have not been able to access for the last 3 or 4 months! I have emailed a few admins of this site, but I still have yet to get a reply from anyone on this matter. I created a help ticket and no response. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know what kind of help we can offer you. :sad It's the people at Direct Manga's responsibility to take care of stuff like this. I'm sorry.

Thats the ticket I created that I spoke of. I have yet to hear a reply from this yet. Right now I've been charged for 3 months in a row with no access. Are the DirectManga people still running it or are the Naruto Plus people running it? The directmanga people seemed to be scam artists near the end of everything just before the merger happened. I know I wasn't the only case of this happening with being charged and not being able to access the site.

Apparently, Narutofan's running it now.
You could try contacting Tazmo (http://forums.narutofan.com/member.php?u=1) via a messenger, but, I wish you luck; Tazmo never really interacts with the forums, so a PM wouldn't do much. Good luck!

you are right ! I ve just started to file a complaint to Paypal on the matter. I will have to wait and see what comes of it. Everyone else should think about getting in contact with Paypal.

When the fuck did this happen? When did Tazmo take over DirectManga?
