I really wasn't expecting to post a whole new thread for this, but I couldn't seem to think of any other categories where I could have put it. I really have a question: Is there any sites that have downloadable translated Shamen King manga?

Anime - no not from bittorrent, since it got licensed by "4-Kids". though before it got licensed there was some pretty good fansubs that translated it with good quality. like Soldats and RiceBox.
best chance is finding it through those p2p programs like kazaa lite or winmx

Manga - i'm not sure, maybe a shaman king fan will post about the manga

Anime- Try Boxtorrents. They usually have series licensed or not.
Manga- IRC. I found a trigger with Shaman King out of luck, but you need to learn how to use IRC first.

I know Shaman King has been liscensed for some time. I know that there aren't many places where you can find subtitled episdoes on the net. I'm just looking for the final episode. I've seen it raw, so i have a basic Idea of how the fighting goes, but the last 15 minutes is all dialog, so i want to know what happened. if anyone knows where I can either find the episode or an episode summary, please let me know!

Possible spoilers!:

It's been a couple of weeks since i saw the episode, but the last fifteen minutes are just an epilogue. All our heroes go back to their normal life, and no one becomes the shaman king. Kind of a "bad" ending on a ok anime. IMO the manga is way times better.

I always seem to have bad luck finding working sites....sorry.
I have a backup plan though. www.boxtorrents.com has a 13 gig Shaman King download which I presume is the anime. You could have a look at that as well.
I'll go look for more sites now...

Edit: Ah, http://www.mininova.org/search/?search=shaman+king has the same bittorrent downloads if the other doesn't work for some reason.

thanks for the links....mininova.org has the shaman king episodes...but only in japanese..would be hard for me to understand that:Pbesides they dont have them in files...its only one file about 13GB and this will take me years to download it:P

I finished all the episodes lika 1 hour ago. Had all the episodes before that but my PC crashed and i had to download it again. Really love it! Really recommended.

About the downloading,i just found a torrent of all the episodes on www.isohunt.com it has few seeders and goes really slow. Think i used about a 2 weeks to download them all.

I was browsing about for Shaman King and i found a few direct downloads for it. I was looking for dubbed, and i when i went to watch the first epiosde it was subbed. Now im not sure weather to continue downloading and to watch the episodes, or to just stop.

Has anyone watched the subbed episodes? And can you tell me if they are any better than the dubbed episodes?

I tried following it on Fox couple years ago when it came out but the repeats killed it for me. I would love to download this series/buy it. Never watched the Subbed, but the Dub wasn't too bad.

Why did Shaman King, the anime, so suddenly die? I read that it got dry (ie people didnt like it) but honestly i dont get why. It was interesting really, got me into anime really, (well then i saw Naruto :P ). I dont get why it just died.

Well, I liked it. Kind of. Although it was too childish. Aimed at a younger audience I guess or something.

I've been debating this for quite awhile but should I rewatch Shaman King?

I use to watch it when it aired on television a few years back but not enough consistently, and I'm thinking of giving it another go. Is it worth it?

Shaman king was the anime that got me into anime and I rewatched it about 3 times XD

I just hope they reanimated it after the last new volumes are released.

It was a decent show, the ending leaves a lot to be desired because from what I remember both the anime and the manga suddenly got discontinued and they left it so that they could continue it if there was enough interest. It isn't the best series I've watched and the themes and storyline aren't very deep but there's some good fights and decent comedy. I could tell you what happens at the end (I remember most of it) if you want

The manga is going again now...well, i think its finished but all the chapters haven't been translated yet.
