How can a person who has an old computer (like Windows 98) make their own sig.

You need a program like photoshop or paint shop pro.You can also use paint.

Try to find Paint Shop Pro 5, it runs great on a Windows 98 PC. And it's real easy to use. Umm, google it up...they might have it on those old software sites. :smile-big

On an older comp you're gonna want something like what they were saying. Only go for Photoshop of you have screenshots, pictures and/or photos you want to put together/change.
