Well, there's a new Bleach fighting game coming out on the GC and Kaien is a character.

Sure.

It seems she uses a normal sword. (No Shikai)

And her special moves are Kidou blasts.

Eeeenteresting. I was wondering if that game was going to be any good. Considering we don't know half the character's moves to make a game with, they must have to make up a lot. Glad it looks pretty. ^_^

Im thinking it would have dealth with Neptune(or Poseidon depending on your mythology) The god of the sea.

He probaly would summon an avatar of or he would gain some other water power allowing him to do Suiton attacks or probaly control the moisture in someone or something.

bleh i doubt they'll show Rukia's powers cuz maybe thats a surprise for later on in the manga =P, or maybe she doesnt have one lol

but Kaien is dead so they can't really show it anymore so they show it in the game =D
Still I wouldn't expect a trident lol

you guys either havent seen it yet, or are anime viewers but. her shikai creates a circle, and anything in that circle, on the ground or air, is frozen solid.

About Rukia's Shikai:

I don't think the little circle thingy is it. Her phrase was "First-step" or something of that nature depending on the fan translation. That implies that perhaps there's a second or additional steps that do other things.

For us "non manga" dwellers, I'm hard pressed to believe Rukia has any type of shikai, mainly she's been just a puppet. She didn't have to take any test to graduate, that's like getting your college degree with out showing up. She was "lead" to Ichigo home (faulty SS cellphone), she had the fast track to execution. Seems she was just groomed by her adopted family for that one purpose, maybe that's the "fate" o'l pretty boy was talking about before Ichigo jack slapped him.

When the anime does reveal her powers, it'll be fun. Until then...

For the game to have her with just a sword, well, makes perfect sense.

I wish that Kaien would have lived longer...I'd be interested to see what Kubo really wanted his Shikai to do. I'll agree that he probably had some creative input on the video game but I don't think that this is the way he would have taken it. Ichimaru-taichou, great find and I'm really looking forward to that game and your releases in it...LOL....But, back on topic, Kaien's Shikai being a Trident is kind of lame considering it's a water type Zanpaktou. Anyways...I'll bet you're boiling the liquid heavens right now aren't you Kaien-dono.

Yall do realize its very possible that Kaien's Shikai will be shown later right? He was vice captain of the squad and virtually captain in duties. It wouldn't be a huge surprise for them to have a flashback before he lost his Zanpaktou...
