I found this off FOX News Channel. I found this completely odd for it having been considered sexual harassment, what do you all think?

Here's the article:

The parents of 14-year-old James Watkins agree he deserves school discipline for wearing a penis costume outside a dance at Steilacoom High School [Washington]. But they want a "sexual harassment" note dropped from his school record. The Pioneer Middle School eighth grader and his parents agree the prank Saturday was wrong, but they say he did not sexually harass anyone.
He was suspended for three days and his father Mark says the notice says it was for "sexual harassment, misbehavior at school-sponsored event, disruptive conduct and dress and appearance."
James Watkins says he was just trying to be funny, and others were laughing and having their picture taken with him. He complied when teachers asked him to take off the costume.

Once, a couple of friend of mine and me were at Fuddruckers, and you know that you must leave you name behind in order for them to call you, right?

Well My friend said his name was Benito Carmelo, and you bet your ass they didn't call him by that name throught the intercom, but by the order number.

Carmelo Benito are names in their own rights but you wouldn't see a name like that, well i haven't.

If you say Benito Carmelo it would sound as "Ven y tocamelo", or in english as Come and grab it (my dick). :P

Well the parents are appealing the case. I am sure there is more to the story than what we read. There's always a side story that the public never hears about. Like in the OJ simpson case, there was SUPPOSEDLY some random black guy that did it, DEFINITELY not OJ...

Well i do think some discipline should be involved. It may have been a funny prank, but if it's something that's against the rules, then the action will have to have consequences.

As for sexual harrasment, I think that's absurd....unless the kid was rubbing up on the girls during the whole event.

..you cannot sexually harrase some without being in a work place, and also having control over that person in a way that does not let them retalite against you or puts them in a awkard position (not just there sex talk makes you feel anger, if most compromise something). Actually the parents weren't complaining about the costume, they were complaining that the record was too harsdh.

If the son has a record that says 'sexual harasment' on it, it implies that he gropes and flirts with people inappropriately, which he didn't do at all. It's like when I was charged for 'breaking and entering' when I was 15 when all I really did was 'enter'. It was a long night of drinking that ended badly.
