I made it, and I can do anything with the wonderful program :: Paintshop Pro 8. My boyfriend got it for me with his Best Buy discount. So sweet.

You have to use the Animation Studio program that comes with it. You just insert text effect and type it in. It's super easy. I'm in love with it.
