Leno really isn't funny to anyone with any true sense of humor. Letterman is quite the funny one and so is Conan, but Leno himself isn't funny. Some of the things they do on his show are funny, but not actually him. We all know that the true king of late night is Johnny Carson, bless be he.

Out of the two, Leno wins. I too prefer Conan, but Conan's show needs Leno's writers. As someone else rightly said, Conan is just funnier, but his writers are shit.
